Our prices

Our prices apply to a room occupation of at least 2 person

Terms & Conditions:

• Rates are to be intended per apartment and day, by a min. occupation of 2 persons and include every additional facility for a min. stay of 4 days (surcharge of 10% if shorter).
• For each additional adult person sharing the apartment we charge 15.-euros /a day.
• Free accomodation for children under 2 years of age. From 3 - 8 years we charge 8Euros /a day.
• Final cleaning: One-time fee to be payed at departure: 35 euros for our smaller apartments and 40 euros for our bigger ones.
• Arrivals / Departures: every day except sundays (which is dedicated to the family)
• Apartments will be at your disposal starting from 3.00 pm at the day of arrival and have to be left within 10.00 am on the day of departure. We kindly ask you to let us know in case of earlier/ later arrival.
• We do not accept credit- and cash cards.
• Guests are kindly asked not to smoke in the apartments (ash-trays on the balcony).

Included services:

• Nice green lawn equipped with deck-chairs, tables, benches and a  swimming pool.
• Kid's playground directly in front of th house and easy to overlook from your balcony
• Each apartment dispose of a roofed parking.
• Beneed the lawn there's also a barbecue place where you can spend some nice evenings with your friends
• Each of our four apartments was lovely furnished, has some modern and some rustical details and dispose of refrigerator, freezer, ceramic stove top (4 hobs), pans, pots, cutlery, glasses etc.
• Bed-linen and towels are given.
• Our spacious balconies (17 m²) dispose of a nice table and seats from where you have an overlook of the whole "burgraviato-area" and on which, on sunny days you can taste your breakfast by looking at the wonderful sunrise.
